Terms for using CoinWow.

By using CoinWow, you agree to these terms for CoinWow-specific features and services. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license to the iPhone app.

What CoinWow provides

CoinWow helps you photograph a coin, review likely matches and supporting details, estimate a condition range, organize a local collection, and view market information when suitable data is available.

Results depend on the photos and available reference data. CoinWow does not certify a grade, provide a formal appraisal, or give investment, tax, or legal advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.

Your photos and collection

You keep your rights to the photos, notes, and collection records you create. You must have the right to submit any content you use with CoinWow. CoinWow may process the content you submit only as needed to provide and secure the features you request. Any use for product improvement follows the Privacy Notice; raw scan photos are not kept for training by default.

Purchases and subscriptions

The App Store shows the price, billing period, and any trial before you buy. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests under its terms and applicable consumer law. You can restore an eligible purchase inside CoinWow and manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account settings.

Market information and external sellers

Market ranges use dated comparable sales when enough suitable records are available. Current listings are separate and do not prove market value. A listing opens on the seller’s site, where that seller controls the item description, price, availability, shipping, returns, and sale.

CoinWow is not the seller and is not a party to a purchase you make on another site. Some clearly marked links may earn CoinWow a commission.

Fair use of the service

Use CoinWow lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not submit content you have no right to use, interfere with the app or service, evade access limits, probe for vulnerabilities, or use automated requests that could harm the service or other users.

Availability and changes

CoinWow may not identify every coin or have market information for every result. Features and data sources may change as coverage improves. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law. The warranty and liability terms in Apple’s Standard EULA apply to the app license.

If these terms change, this page will show a new effective date. A material change will be described in the app or on this site before it takes effect when required by law.
